Head Overgrips Xtreme Soft Red - 1 Piece

Unparalleled Control and Sensitivity: The Head Xtreme Soft Experience

Elevate your game to professional standards with the Head Xtreme Soft Overgrips, presented here in a comprehensive 200-unit box designed for academies, clubs, and the most dedicated competitors. In the high-speed world of padel and tennis, the connection between your hand and the racket handle is the single most critical factor in shot execution. The Xtreme Soft series is engineered specifically to optimize this connection, offering a sublime balance of tackiness and absorption. By utilizing a specialized elastomer construction, Head has created an overgrip that feels like a natural extension of your arm, allowing for micro-adjustments and precision play that generic grips simply cannot support.

The vibrant red colorway not only adds a touch of aggressive style to your equipment but also signifies the premium quality wrapped around your handle. Whether you are defending a smash in the corner or executing a delicate drop shot at the net, the confidence provided by a fresh, high-performance grip is immeasurable. This bulk pack ensures that you never have to compromise on that "fresh grip feel," allowing you to replace your overgrip as often as the pros do to maintain peak performance throughout the season.

Ultra-Thin Construction for Maximum Feedback

One of the defining characteristics of the Head Xtreme Soft is its ultra-thin profile. Measuring just 0.5 mm in thickness, this overgrip is designed for players who demand maximum sensation. Thicker grips can often dampen the vibrations and feedback from the ball, leaving the player feeling disconnected from their shots. In contrast, the Xtreme Soft maintains the original handle size as much as possible while providing a comfortable, cushioned layer. This thinness is crucial for players who use spin and slice heavily, as it allows for a tighter, more intricate hold on the racket handle, translating subtle wrist movements directly into ball rotation.

Despite its slender profile, the durability remains exceptional. The material is engineered to resist abrasion and wear, holding up against the friction of intense rallies. Weighing in at a featherlight 8.5 grams, it adds negligible weight to your setup, ensuring that the balance point of your racket remains exactly where you want it. This attention to weight distribution is vital for advanced players who have fine-tuned their equipment for specific swing weights and maneuverability.

Advanced Moisture Management and Tacky Feel

Slipping is the enemy of performance. The Head Xtreme Soft combats this through a dual-action approach: surface tackiness and strategic perforation. The surface possesses a specifically calibrated "tacky" feel that creates high friction against the skin without being overly sticky. This ensures that even with a relaxed grip pressure, the racket remains secure in your hand, reducing the risk of twisting during off-center hits. This security allows players to swing with full force, knowing the racket face will remain stable upon impact.

Furthermore, the construction features extra-large perforations. These micro-holes serve a critical function in moisture management. As the intensity of the match rises and perspiration begins, these perforations channel moisture away from the surface layer and into the absorption felt below. This breathability keeps the grip surface drier for longer compared to smooth, non-perforated alternatives. For players in humid climates or those who naturally perspire heavily, this technology transforms the racket handle from a potential liability into a reliable anchor.

Ideal Scenarios for the Competitive Player

The Head Xtreme Soft is versatile enough for various playstyles but excels in specific scenarios. For the aggressive attacker, the non-slip security means you can unleash full-power smashes (Viboras or Por Tres) without the fear of the racket flying loose. For the control-oriented defender, the 0.5 mm thinness provides the tactile feedback necessary to feel the ball on the string bed, aiding in precise lobs and chiquitas. The 200-unit box is particularly suited for coaches and high-volume players who understand that a worn grip leads to tennis elbow and poor form. Having a fresh supply on hand encourages regular replacement, which is the best preventative measure for maintaining grip hygiene and performance consistency.

Why Choose Head Xtreme Soft Over Generics?

While the market is flooded with generic overgrips, the difference lies in the material composition and consistency. Generic grips often lose their tackiness after a single set or begin to shred under pressure. The Head Xtreme Soft utilizes high-grade polyurethane materials that maintain their structural integrity over longer periods. The "Soft" designation isn't just a marketing term; it refers to the plush comfort that reduces hand fatigue during long three-set matches. By absorbing shock before it travels up the arm, these grips contribute to injury prevention, protecting sensitive tendons and joints from the harsh impact of modern, rigid carbon rackets.

Invest in your game by securing the point of contact. With the Head Xtreme Soft Red 200-unit box, you are not just buying grips; you are investing in 200 matches of perfect control, comfort, and confidence. Don't let a slip cost you the match point—equip yourself with the choice of champions.
