1. Overview
This website, padelneeds.com, and the Padel Needs mobile app are operated by Padel Needs ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site, using our app, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately. All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and cancel any order where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock; in such cases you will receive a full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Available payment methods (cash on delivery, bank cards, installment providers, and other gateways) are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Egypt. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: requests must be submitted through My Account → My Orders; items must be returned in their original condition; delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable; and refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are issued as store credit.
6. Product Use and Warranty
Padel equipment should be used as intended and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is passed on to the customer.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Store credit held in your Padel Needs wallet is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and app, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Padel Needs and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padel Needs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, app, or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Privacy
Your use of our site and app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
